A Surrey pensioner has become the oldest coronaviru­s survivor in the United Kingdom. Freda Hodgson, 106, who lives at Whiteley Village care home could also be the first to have survived both that and Spanish flu, which she caught as a child.

New Zealand reported zero patients in hospital with coronaviru­s for the first time since the country went into lockdown on March 25.
