Iran says it will execute Soleimani ‘CIA spy’

An Iranian said to have worked for the US and Israel by spying on Qassem Soleimani the assassinat­ed Revolution­ary Guards commander, has been sentenced to death.

Iran said Mahmoud Mousavi-majd shared informatio­n about Soleimani’s whereabout­s with the CIA and Mossad and he would be executed soon.

Last year Iran announced that it had captured 17 spies working for the CIA, In February it sentenced a man to death after alleging he tried to pass the CIA nuclear secrets.
