Netflix’s latest fly-on-thewall series resembles the sort of heart-warming concept familiar from Channel 4’s The Undateables. The series follows seven young people on the autism spectrum as they search for love. Director Cian O’cleary has said that he made it after years of covering disability because “so many people on the spectrum wanted to find love, but many had never even been on a date”.
