GB News complains to regulators over BBC
GB News has sent a letter of complaint to ministers and regulators about the BBC’S alleged efforts to block its access to pool footage as the Right-leaning news network went live last night. Its lawyers alerted Ofcom, the Competition and Markets Authority and Oliver Dowden, the Culture Secretary, about the dispute. The media business, chaired by former BBC presenter Andrew Neil, accused competitors of blocking its access to video of public events.
