Third time lucky for Ecotricity?

Household green energy supplier Ecotricity has launched a third takeover bid for its rival Good Energy, saying shareholders should get to decide after the board rejected overtures. It is offering 340p for the 74.9pc of the Aim-listed firm it does not already own, valuing the target at £59.5m.
