Dunn crash suspect ‘may have been using phone’

-

Harry Dunn’s alleged killer could have been “distracted by her mobile phone” before the teenager’s road crash death, his family’s lawyers have claimed.

Court documents, submitted as part of the damages claim brought against Anne Sacoolas, 43, in the United States, detail allegations from legal representatives that the suspect has been “evasive” about her phone usage.

Dunn, 19, was killed when a car crashed into his motorbike on Aug 27, 2019. The Dunn family’s lawyers claimed no calls or texts were found on the suspect’s SIM card on the day of the crash, which they claim indicates her call log and texts were deleted.
