Sweet sandwiches

It is hard to overstate the range and oddness of the Japanese convenience store. Spam-branded sushi rolls and personalised travel pouches of Mr Whippy ice cream (below). But we have to draw the line at fruity sandwiches. The most troubling combination we saw was blueberries (OK?), cream cheese (what?) and, with a worrying lack of specificity, “sauce”. Not for me, Kaito.
