‘I keep the heating on year round’
I recycle everything – plastic, paper, yoghurt pots, jokes, husbands… (although I still love both my ex-husbands obviously.) I make amends for flights by planting trees. I buy second-hand clothes. I always pack the same water bottle. But I have one big environmental fail: I hate being cold.
Growing up in Australia I was not prepared for the British winter – I took my first gulp of London air and chipped a tooth.
Since then, I’ve been unable to survive without the central heating on tropical-high, along with an electric blanket. Occasionally, even in summer.
Now you know why I’m such a smoking hot babe! Just let me grab my thermals before you exile me to social Siberia.
