LEAGUE OF MERCY

The Lady Mayoress, Mrs William Russell, was present at a ceremony held at the Mansion House on Friday, Sept 10, 2021, when Lord Lingfield, President of the League of Mercy, conferred the Order of Mercy upon a number of charity volunteers.
