Unlike season one, the second run of The Morning Show grips from the outset. It picks up after morning television presenters Alex and Bradley (Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon) have publicly blown the whistle on corporate misogyny and malpractice at their network. Expect a blend of safe bets (Julianna Margulies joining the cast as a news anchor), gambles (a Covid plotline) and crackling dialogue over the coming weeks.
