Giddy goats
A herd of Kashmiri goats become stranded on a treacherous outcrop in Wales before being rescued by the RSPCA. They got stuck on Austin’s Rock after two in-season animals were chased off the Great Orme headland in Llandudno by 18 frisky billy goats. Rescuers built a stairway made of hay bales from the bottom of a cliff for the goats to climb back to safety. Coastguards say people were putting themselves at risk trying to get a picture with the animals – well known for taking over the seaside town near their grazing land.
