National Trust vote

SIR – Anthony de la Poer (Letters, October 10) asks how to select a candidate for election to the National Trust’s council at the AGM without information on the candidates’ views.

The Restore Trust website identifies six candidates who are expected to support the traditional aims and objectives of the National Trust.
