Scarlet Hever

-

The ivy adorning Hever Castle in Kent provides a stunning autumnal show. The stronghold near Edenbridge dates back to the 13th century and was the childhood home of Anne Boleyn, second wife of Henry VIII. Set in 125 acres, the estate’s gardens include beech, liquidambars, tulip trees and Japanese maples, which also provide a wealth of colour.
