Procook founder plans City listing
The founder of a kitchen equipment seller has unveiled plans to bring his firm to London’s stock market. Procook boss Daniel O’neill, who is also a chef, set up the firm 25 years ago with his family. He now hopes to list the business, potentially selling off more than a quarter of shares, at a valuation of up to £300m. It made sales of £53m in the year ending April and has about 50 shops.
