The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall afterwards visited Bibliothec­a Alexandrin­a, Alexandria.

The Duchess of Cornwall, President, the Brooke Hospital for Animals, this morning visited the Brooke Veterinary Hospital in Cairo.

Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited the Jesuit Cultural Centre, Alexandria.

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this evening arrived at Royal Air Force Brize Norton from Egypt.

Mr Clive Alderton, Mr Christophe­r Fitzgerald, Mr Simon Enright, Mrs Jilly Hurley, Dr Charles Deakin, Major Jonathan Thompson and Mrs Sophie Densham were in attendance.

The Princess Royal, President, British Olympic Associatio­n, this morning received Sir Hugh Robertson (Chairman), Mr Andrew Anson (Chief Executive Officer) and Mr Mark England (Chef d’equipe Tokyo 2020).

Her Royal Highness, President, Royal Yachting Associatio­n, afterwards chaired the Annual General Meeting and presented Awards before attending a Luncheon at One Great George Street, London SW1.

The Princess Royal, Chancellor, the University of Edinburgh, this evening held the Chancellor’s Dinner at the Palace of Holyroodho­use and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-lieutenant of the City of Edinburgh (Councillor Francis Ross, the Rt Hon the Lord Provost).

KENSINGTON PALACE

November 19th

The Duke of Gloucester this morning visited Burford School, Cheltenham Road, Burford, to mark their Four Hundred and Fiftieth Anniversar­y and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-lieutenant of Oxfordshir­e (Mrs Marjorie Glasgow).

His Royal Highness afterwards planted a commemorat­ive tree for The Queen’s Green Canopy at Burford Community Orchard, Tanners Lane, Burford.

The Duke of Gloucester this afternoon visited Katharine House Hospice, Aynho Road, Adderbury, Oxfordshir­e, to celebrate their Thirtieth Anniversar­y.

His Royal Highness later visited the Sunshine Centre, Edmunds Road, Banbury, and was received by the Rt Hon Sir Antony Baldry (Deputy Lieutenant of Oxfordshir­e).
