A FAMILY has paid tribute to a “beautiful and talented” 18-year-old who was found dead on a beach, as police arrest two men on suspicion of her murder.

Bobbi-anne Mcleod was last seen on Saturday, waiting at a bus stop in Plymouth, Devon, en route to meeting her boyfriend, but her ticket was never used and she did not arrive.

Her headphones and tobacco were found at the scene and her phone was handed in to police.

On Tuesday, Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed that they had found a body. Whilst formal identification has yet to be carried out, Miss Mcleod’s family have been informed and are being supported by investigators.

The body was found close to the beach in Bovisand, around 10 miles from Miss Mcleod’s family home. Two men, aged 24 and 26 and both from Plymouth, have been arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in custody.

Lee Mcleod, 20, paid tribute to his sister following the discovery, sharing a photo of them together as children.

“Until we meet again sis. I love you,” he wrote. “You didn’t deserve this. Such a beautiful and talented girl and to have you as my little sister.

“The adventure and journey we had been on will always be treasured.

“Now go rest easy.”
