Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof

This week, Wim Hof gains a glamourous assistant – his daughter, Laura – as he has another crack at the gleeful torture of B-list celebrities. Tonight’s range of sub-zero challenges include sustained immersion in gigantic barrels of ice water, and racing in an artificial blizzard (all while wearing nothing but swimwear, of course). More compelling than the tasks themselves though is the contestants’ sharing of confidences around the campfire.
