Ready or Not (2019) Film4, 10.45pm ★★★★

This wedding slasher starring Samara Weaving comes courtesy of Matt Bettinelli-olpin, whose strong pedigree of B-movie horror includes V/H/S and this year’s rebooted Scream. On her wedding night, Grace Le Domas (Weaving) must escape from the wealthy family that she has just married into, as they attempt to execute her. It’s implausible, of course, but every part is pure horror fun.
