A diamond tiara dating back to 1890 and owned by the flamboyant 5th Marquess of Anglesey, Henry Cyril Paget, above, is on display at Hancocks jewellery shop, Piccadilly, before being offered for sale at The European Fine Art Fair in Maastricht in the Netherlands in June.
