Ecatsbridge has scored the Scottish Bridge Union Bobby Allan Easter pairs, writes Julian Pottage, Bridge Correspondent. There were four sets of hands and the winners for each set are as follows:

Monday: 1st Dougie Monro and John Copland (Inverness), 66.62%; and 2nd Rob Boulton-jones and John Larkin (Glasgow), 65.98%. Tuesday: 1st Margaret Maccallum and Ian Mcclure (Prestwick, Ayrshire), 68.49%; and 2nd Derrick Peden and Jim Hay (Montrose, Angus), 64.88%. Wednesday: 1st John Loudon and Diana Veitch (Kelso, Borders), 64.09%; 2nd Liam O Brien and Sarah Williams (Arbroath, Angus), 63.44%.

Thursday/friday: 1st Patricia Watson and Gordon Milne (Peebles, Borders), 64.40%; and 2nd Graham Fisher and Malcolm Mccardle (New Melville, Edinburgh), 63.34%.
