Ramsay’s restaurant, watched by Ramsay himself, the final three must make the best meal of their lives to be crowned champion. It’s followed by yet more Ramsay-overseen stress in Future Food Stars. And compared to what he puts those contestants through – tonight they’re pushed out onto Essex’s windswept mud flats to forage for restaurant-quality oysters – merely cooking dinner in a purpose-built kitchen seems positively relaxing.
