Having made a fine fist of a labyrinthine narrative, Bash Doran’s smart Kate Atkinson adaptation concludes during the Second World War, with Ursula Todd (Thomasin Mckenzie) attempting to save both her brother Teddy (Sean Delaney) and the country as the Blitz rages. A shame to see it end, but awards will likely follow.
