Sky Arts, 8pm Elbow frontman Guy Garvey returns to curate series three of this deep dive into the ITV archive, a pleasing mix of documentary and jukebox. This time we open with a focus on 1989, and choice features include Neneh Cherry, The Stone Roses, Inner City and The La’s. Whether showing an interview or a performance, Garvey clearly loves the material – but, to his credit, is smart enough to let the magic play out with minimal intrusive chatter.
