Scott Morrison, the Australian premier, seemed to think he was playing rugby when he collided with a boy at a kickabout with the Devonport Strikers football club in Tasmania. They fell to the ground in a heap, left, but there was no harm done and the young footballer and the PM high-fived afterwards, right.
