An egg a day may keep bad cholesterol away
Eating an egg every day can boost good cholesterol, a study has found.
It leads to more ‘good’ high-density lipoprotein, cholesterol which strips the ‘bad’ low-density lipoprotein away, researchers at Peking University found.
This can help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease or stroke.
Results of the study of 4,778 people in China were published in elife.
