Willian Elliot of Eddie’s Seafood Market in Edinburgh prepares to fillet a 7ft bluefin tuna. The 330lb catch was bought from fish traders in Barcelona on Friday and arrived yesterday. It took four men to haul the farmed tuna on to the window display at the market.
