The formidable Alex Polizzi is back to spruce up a set of underperforming hoteliers in a new run of her series that promises to be great fun. Tonight, inexperienced innkeepers Hasmeeta and Bharat ask her for help turning around their failing Loughborough guesthouse. Polizzi’s comments about the level of cleanliness that the inattentive pair have been maintaining are frank and unprintable, but she suggests a sensible plan.
