Gone to the dogs

The Duke of Buccleuch Foxhounds staged their annual puppy show at kennels near Melrose in the Scottish Borders. The Scottish Government backs a regulation scheme under which no more than two dogs can be used in fox management unless a licence is granted. A review by Lord Bonomy has not supported the proposed limit on hounds used in hunts.
