Boy, 16, who died in car park stabbing is named

A youth who was stabbed to death in a car park in the Somerset town of Radstock has been named as Charley Bates, 16, who lived in the area.

Emergency services were called to the scene on Sunday evening after reports of disorder involving a number of people. Charley was pronounced dead at the scene.

Joshua Delbono, 18, from Frome, has been charged with murder. A 20-yearold woman and an 18-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of murder, and another man, 18, was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder. The woman has been released under investigation, while the two men remained in police custody last night.
