Ram sandwich

More than 4,000 of the country’s finest rams – from no fewer than 17 breeds, including Texels, Suffolks and Bluefaced Leicesters – have arrived in the Scottish Borders for the largest one-day auction of its kind in Europe, the Kelso Ram Sales at Springwood Park. The event dates back to 1838.
