The King and The Queen Consort this morning visited Project Zero Waltham Forest Community Interest Company, the Outset Centre, Community Youth Hub, 2A Grange Road, London E17, and were received by His Majesty’s Lord-lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa), the Founder and Operationa­l Manager of Project Zero (Mr Stephen Barnabis), Mr Rico Thai-richards (Project Zero Youth Champion) and the Mayor of Waltham Forest (Councillor Karen Bellamy).

His Majesty, escorted by the Founder and Operationa­l Manager, and Her Majesty, escorted by the

Youth Champion, toured the Centre, hearing about the programmes and services for young people provided by Project Zero and meeting members of staff and service users.

Mr Christophe­r Pope was received by The King at Buckingham Palace this afternoon upon relinquish­ing his appointmen­t as Co-director of the Profession­al Teaching Institute.

The Princess Royal, on behalf of The King, held an Investitur­e at Windsor Castle this morning.

Her Royal Highness, on behalf of His Majesty, held an Investitur­e at Windsor Castle this afternoon.

The King was represente­d by the Earl of Rosslyn at the Funeral of Mr John Bowes-lyon which was held at the Oratory, Brompton Road, London SW7, this afternoon.

The Queen Consort was represente­d by Brigadier Andrew Parker Bowles.
