Ms Raffia Arshad has been appointed a District Judge deployed to the Midland Circuit, based at Derby Combined Court Centre, with effect from Nov 28, 2022. She will be known as District Judge Arshad.

Mr Neil Downey has been appointed a District Judge deployed to the Midland Circuit, based at Stoke-on-trent Combined Court, with effect from Nov 28, 2022. He will be known as District Judge Downey.

Mr Richard O’hagan has been appointed a District Judge deployed to the Midland Circuit, based at Wolverhampton Combined Court Centre, with effect from Nov 28, 2022. He will be known as District Judge O’hagan.

Ms Louise Wilcox has been appointed a District Judge deployed to the North Eastern Circuit, based at Bradford Combined Court Centre, with effect from Nov 28, 2022. She will be known as District Judge Wilcox.
