Travelling fans forced to spend it like Beckham
Qatari tourist trips promoted by David Beckham will cost football fans up to 10 times extra during the World Cup.
Supporters will be charged more than £800 for activities promoted by the ex-england captain in a video for the Gulf state. Beckham has been paid a reported £150million as an ambassador for Qatar. Last week, a desert trip with falconry display cost £85, but it costs £806 during the tournament. A city tour and boat ride costs £627 during the World Cup, but £94 in January.
