Barrister to investigate Raab bully allegations
An employment law barrister with experience of whistleblower claims has been named as the investigator into bullying allegations against the Deputy Prime Minister.
Adam Tolley KC, of Fountain Court Chambers, will look at two specific formal complaints made against Dominic Raab, though the remit could widen. Those who give evidence have been assured that they can do so “in confidence”, the Cabinet Office says.
No hard deadline has been set for when the investigation must come to an end, but the Government said that it will be done “as swiftly as possible”, adding that the report of the investigation will be made public.
