BUCKINGHAM PALACE December 7th

The King today visited the Central Hall Westminste­r, Storey’s Gate, London SW1, to celebrate the Fortieth Anniversar­y of Business in the Community and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa).

His Majesty viewed a display of four decades of the charity’s work, meeting founders, members and beneficiar­ies of the organisati­on, recognisin­g the charity’s Race at Work initiative and hearing about the impact of the Seeing Is Believing programme.

The Rt Hon Rishi Sunak, MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury), had an audience of The King this afternoon.

The Queen Consort this afternoon received children and young people from Helen and Douglas House and Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity and helped them to decorate the Christmas Tree at Clarence House.

The Prince of Wales, on behalf of The King, held an Investitur­e at Windsor Castle this afternoon.

His Royal Highness, Patron, Canine Partners for Independen­ce, this evening attended a Carol Service at St Paul’s Church, 32A Wilton Place, London SW1. ST JAMES’S PALACE December 7th The Duke of Kent this morning visited Steam - Museum of the Great Western Railway, Fire Fly Avenue, Swindon, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-lieutenant of Wiltshire (Mrs Peter Troughton).

His Royal Highness, Patron, British Computer Society, Chartered Institute for Informatio­n Technology, later visited the Society’s Headquarte­rs at 3 Newbridge Square, Swindon.
