‘Terrorist’ had blueprint to make 3D print guns

A suspected Islamist terrorist was caught with instructions on how to make 3D print guns, a court has heard.

Abdiwahid Abdulkadir Mohamed, 31, was arrested at Heathrow airport on Wednesday and appeared at Westminster magistrates’ court charged with six counts of possessing documents likely to be useful for committing or preparing an act of terrorism.

The charges relate to documents found on a device seized when he was first detained in February last year.

Police also found another device which allegedly contained more than 300 more documents on how to produce firearms.
