Channel 4, 10pm Self-termed “self-taught maverick builder” Guy Phoenix describes his ad hoc
approach to building superhomes for the megarich (with no plans or drawings) as “more art than construction”. In the second edition of this two-parter, which follows the sweary developer around his gaudy creations, he takes us around his latest one in Nottingham, which boasts an indoor pool complete with bespoke waterfall.
