Prince to open mental health therapy garden
The Prince and Princess of Wales will visit a mental health therapy garden that is under construction in South Wales today to provide support to the local communities.
The couple’s Royal Foundation has announced a collaboration with Life at No27, a horticultural therapy and mental health counselling provider, to help the charity scale up its mission.
The Prince and Princess will visit Brynawel Rehab centre near the town of Pontyclun, where individuals will learn how to grow their own produce.
Annabelle Padwick, the founder of Life at No27, said “therapy gardens can dramatically improve self-belief and your own mental health”.
