Prince to open mental health therapy garden

The Prince and Princess of Wales will visit a mental health therapy garden that is under constructi­on in South Wales today to provide support to the local communitie­s.

The couple’s Royal Foundation has announced a collaborat­ion with Life at No27, a horticultu­ral therapy and mental health counsellin­g provider, to help the charity scale up its mission.

The Prince and Princess will visit Brynawel Rehab centre near the town of Pontyclun, where individual­s will learn how to grow their own produce.

Annabelle Padwick, the founder of Life at No27, said “therapy gardens can dramatical­ly improve self-belief and your own mental health”.
