The Northern Ireland Bridge Union holds national online matchpoint pairs events on Thursdays and Sundays, writes Julian Pottage, Bridge Correspondent. During February the highest score on these two days of the week was as follows:
Thursday: 65.25% on the 23rd achieved by Eileen Lunny and Maura Hegarty.
Sunday: 64.32% on the 12th achieved by James Carleton and Monica Morgan.
February was the month for the NIBU Senior League round seven. The winners were David Greenwood, Rex Anderson, Wayne Somerville and Paul Tramner with 18.98 VPS.
