Arrests made after fatal crash into parked cars

A teenager has died after a car crashed into several parked vehicles in the early hours of yesterday morning

Two other males, aged 17 and 19, both from Southampton, have been arrested on suspicion of causing the death by dangerous driving of the 18-year-old after the collision in Middle Road, Southampton, at 1am.

A Hampshire police spokesman said: “It was reported that a black Vauxhall Corsa collided with several parked cars. Three teenage males were in the Corsa. One of them, an 18-year-old from Southampton, sadly died.

“The other two males were seriously injured.”
