A-listers flown out to Scottish island for Lady Lola’s birthday
SIENNA MILLER, Charlotte Tilbury and Princess Olympia of Greece were among hundreds of celebrity guests flown to a Scottish island for the birthday celebration of Lady Lola Bute.
The Hollywood actress, 42, and makeup mogul Tilbury, 51, were pictured at the glamorous party on the Isle of Bute in honour of Lady Lola’s 25th birthday among a host of other celebrities and society figures.
The celebrations took place over a weekend of fine dining, fireworks displays and two themed parties at the Bute family’s ancestral home.
Lady Lola, the daughter of the late John Crichton-stuart, the 7th Marquess of Bute, and Serena Bute, the fashion designer, celebrated in style alongside other A-list attendees Poppy Delevingne, aristocrat Lady Mary Charteris and members of the Guinness family.
Lady Lola, who has been sober since 2019, stuck to her Scottish roots and reportedly drank Irn Bru as she was serenaded by bagpipes throughout the night.
She wore a short silver minidress custom-made from Egyptian fabric by designer Annie Doble, a party guest and owner of fashion brand Annie’s Ibiza.
After a festival-themed day party, attendees were served oysters, lobster and “Bute beef ” during a dinner party in the evening, according to images posted online of the menus, which were embossed with “LB25”.
Lady Mary, a British model and daughter of the 13th Earl of Wemyss, acted as the DJ for the night.
Mount Stuart House, which is the seat of the Marquess of Bute, the title now held by Lady Lola’s brother, has belonged to the family since 1157.
Lady Lola has been outspoken about her sobriety and spoke to The Telegraph in 2022 about her and her mother’s decision to quit alcohol together before her father’s death.
The young aristocrat founded the mental health and addiction charity Eternity Movement, which has raised over £1.2 million since 2020.
