Amy wins trip of a lifetime

AMY ANDERSON, 29, from Edinburgh won the trip of a lifetime to the home of Boeing

737 in Seattle, America thanks to Jet2.com and Jet2holida­ys.

She entered a competitio­n to win the once in a lifetime opportunit­y to see the UK’s third largest airline take formal delivery of the last of 34 brand new Next Generation 737-800 aircraft from Boeing in Seattle – taking the number of aircraft in its fleet to 100.

Amy was chosen from over 2000 applicants who were asked to submit a video entry explaining why they deserved to win a place on the incredible four-night trip to Seattle.

Amy said: “We had the most amazing time in Seattle with Jet2. com and Jet2holida­ys. Money cannot buy some of things we saw and did, and I’d like to say thank you to everyone there for this trip. Their new aircraft looked so new and perfect, and it was unforgetta­ble to be there when it took off for this first time.”
