The builder has submitted plans to extend their existing site at The Wisp with an application for an additional 104 private two-bedroom apartments and 35 affordable apartments.
Set within a 20-minute drive of Edinburgh city centre, the new proposals are a response to high demand for suburban living.
A range of different floorplans for the apartments are proposed with each catering for the needs of the modern-day home-owner.
Featuring high build quality throughout and high levels of energy efficiency it’s hoped this will help keep running costs low.
