A basket for wine lovers

At a point-to-point earlier this year I saw a group of picnickers with a very useful basket. It appeared circular, with bottles in the middle and glasses around the outside. I have searched local hardware stores but no luck. Can you help as it would make a perfect wedding present?

I have located a drinks basket with a central zipped chilled compartment, surrounded by 12 individual partitions for glasses, 460mm in diameter, costing £76.
