Asked about their choice between soft hat, trilby or trusty tweed cap, Fielders on Instagram had no hesitation: with the exception of someone whose headwear runs the gamut from waxed Woolrich to Australian-style cowboy (for snow days) and even baseball hat (for practicality), it’s virtually all caps, all the way. But the poster who won the day was a northern man: “I’m from Yorkshire. One style is mandatory, the others punishable.”
