COUNTY’S NOTT A BAD MOVE
NOTTS County have yet to settle into life after relegation, but Premier League midfielder Jack Barmby insists they are the only club who could have convinced him to play in League Two.
The 20-year-old has joined on loan from Leicester City and has already proved a hit in League Two, with five goals in 12 games for Hartlepool last year.
“It’s important that I get some first-team experience at a competitive level,” said Barmby.“Notts County was the only club in League Two I would have signed for.
“I watched the win against Crawley and thought we were unlucky to go behind, but the players looked comfortable in the end.”
