ROTHERHAM United midfielder Paul Green is urging his team-mates to eradicate the errors if they have any hope of pulling away from trouble.

Ahead of yesterday’s clash with Derby, the Millers sat second from bottom and Green – who made more than a century of appearances for the Rams – knows the slip-ups must stop.

“We know we can match teams, we just have to cut out the silly mistakes which are costing us at the moment,” said the 32-year-old.

“The teams in this division have ‘names’ in their sides, but we have to be ready for it and hopefully get it all turned around and get those points on the board.”
