ADAMS IN FOR EXTRA SIGNING

DEREK ADAMS admits he is looking at making one more signing this month to strengthen Plymouth Argyle’s promotion push.

Adams has already brought in 23-year-old centre-back Jakub Sokolik, midfielder Antoni Sarcevic, 24, and 26-year-old striker Nathan Blissett this month.

He has also extended loan deals for striker Paul Arnold Garita (Bristol City) and attacker Craig Tanner (Reading) for the rest of the season, but Adams insists there could still be some more business at Home Park before the January transfer window shuts.

“There could possibly be one more,” he said. “We are working on a couple of options. We are still waiting to hear back from the players or their clubs.”
