CONGRATULATIONS to Wolves on beating Liverpool in the FA Cup – what a magnificent result at Anfield.

Manager Paul Lambert has made a big impression in his short time at the helm at Molineux. Yesterday, he made his Liverpool counterpart Jurgen Klopp look foolish for making so many changes to his starting XI.

Well done, too, to Oxford for thumping Newcastle and commiserations to Wycombe for just coming up short against Spurs.

The Cup may not have the magic of old, but it can still burn bright from time to time.
