CAMP TO LEAVE IN MILLERS SHAKE-UP

“Ekstrand was probably the biggest disappoint­ment for me. He’s a brilliant lad who looks after himself, but he tweaked his knee in his first game and needed an operation straightaw­ay. That was a big blow.”

Rotherham have offered Cardiff ’s Tom Adeyemi, 25, terms following his seasonlong loan, while contract offers have also been made to Richie Smallwood and Joe Mattock, both 26, and Richard Wood, 31.

Striker Jonson Clarke-Harris, 22, has agreed a new one-year deal. MANAGER Paul Warne has thanked Lee Camp, Stephen Kelly and Joel Ekstrand for their efforts after bringing their Rotherham careers to an end.

Goalkeeper Camp, 32, who has been heavily linked with a move to Cardiff, full-back Kelly, 33, and Swedish defender Ekstrand, 28, have been released by the relegated Millers, alongside defenders Kelvin Wilson, 31, and Tom Thorpe, 24, plus attacking midfielder Chris Dawson, 24.
